HIGH PROTEIN VANILLA YOGHURT BARK

Ingredients:

4 scoops (60g) Oh-So-Vanilla Protein Blend

2 cups Yoghurt (dairy or non-dairy)

Toppings:

1/2 cup Banana Pecan Muesli

2 tbsp Smooth Almond Butter

*optional 1 tbsp honey or any sweetener of choice

Method:

  1. Mix well and lay on 9x9 inch pan.

  2. Top the mixture off with some muesli and almond butter (or any toppings of your choice).

  3. Freeze for 2 hours.

  4. Cut into bite-sized pieces and enjoy!
