We deliver nationwide from our Malaysian warehouse, the shipping and delivery timeframe differs depending on its zone/state.Â
Why is my delivery taking so long?
Expect delays in delivery during sales and promotional periods. However, we do try our best to achieve our goal of delivering your items within 3 business days.
How do I cancel or amend my order?
Your order gets packed and picked up pretty quickly, therefore we’re unable to change or cancel your order once your purchase has been confirmed.
This also applies to any amendments in the delivery address. (it is a matter of security) Additionally, if the status of payment is being processed, no amendments can be made.Â
We advise that you make sure all details are correct before processing your order.Â
