I have been a loyal customer for this peanut butter,however I noticed that the consistency of the quality has changed,especially during my recent orders.Taste was more bitter instead of usual fragrance of the nuts.it looks more darker from apperance then the usual one.Wondering,it might be over roasted.

The oil residue stays on top though, is it normal?
I like how smooth and fragrant it is. We've finished about a quarter of the bottle so far. It has a mild taste so need to spread a thicker layer on wholemeal bread.
