At Amazin' Graze, your satisfaction means a lot to us. We stand behind the quality of our products and will make things right if you are not satisfied with the snacks you have received. We have a 14-day refund policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a refund.
For refunds, please contact our customerservice@amazingraze.com within 14 days from the date of purchase along with your order number and reason for refund*. If your items are damaged, do send us a picture for proof. We will get in touch with you within 3 working days once we have received your refund request.Â
To be eligible for a refund, you’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We currently do not offer replacement or returns to any Hong Kong orders as our products are shipped from our Malaysia warehouse.Â

Our refund Policy:
1) Applicable to online orders made through our official website - amazingraze.com only.
2) No order cancellation allowed once order has been placed and processed.
4) Only defective products are allowed for refund.
5) Any orders damaged via transit or custom clearance, we will offer refund via Reward Points.
6) If you're concerned about the quality of your snacks, please send us a picture of the manufacturing date and we will arrange a replacement or refund via Reward Points.
7) All refunds will be done via Reward Points, we do not offer cash refunds due to banking complications.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
