CHIA PUDDING (3 INGREDIENTS ONLY)
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/2 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
- 1 tsp sweetener (honey, maple syrup or vanilla extract)
toppings of choice (fruits, granola, nuts..)
- Prepare a jar with 1/2 cup of milk.
- Add in 1 tsp of sweetener.
- Add 2 tbsp of chia seeds and mix well until everything is incorporated into the milk.
- Close the jar and refrigerate it for at least 2 hours.
- Add in your toppings of choice (fruits, granola, nuts..) and enjoy!
