Combining two of our favourite desserts into one? YES PLEASE. Dig deep into these sweet and savoury Apple Cinnamon Cheesecake Jars, great for when you need a quick impressive post-dinner dessert for your friends and family.

Satisfyingly creamy and crunchy all at once, we've kept the effort to result ratio low by using our Apple Crumble Granola - a heart-warming blend of cinnamon and nutmeg spices, freeze-dried apples and protein packed pecans and almonds. Pairs like a dream with some caramelised apples and a lightly sweetened cream, whipped to perfection.

Ingredients (Serves 2)

3 apples, diced

1 tbsp lemon juice

1 tbsp coconut oil

2 tbsp light brown sugar

50ml water

100g mascarpone

2 tbsp milk / alternative milk

2 tbsp light brown sugar

To layer:

In a pan, combine the apples, lemon juice, coconut oil, light brown sugar and water and bring it up to a light simmer. Continue cooking while swirling the pan until apples are caramelised and all water has evaporated. Set aside to chill.

In a chilled mixing bowl, combine mascarpone, milk and light brown sugar and whip until a soft peak consistency.


Layer first with a spoonful of mascarpone on the bottom. Followed by a layer of the caramelised apples. Followed by another layer of mascarpone!


Top it off with the Amazin' Graze Apple Cinnamon Granola!
